adaptiveARC’s COOL PLASMA™ Gasification utilizes proprietary technologies and several innovative approaches to generate a cleaner syngas at a lower cost.
Proprietary plasma torches: Our torches are manufactured in-house with a tunable heat zone. This results in a system which costs less, lasts longer, and produces more energy.
Regenerative cleaning cycle: We repeatedly scrub the syngas within our processor, resulting in cleaner syngas at a reduced cost and system footprint.
Flexible configuration: Our systems are portable, modular and scalable. Projects can start as small as 25 tons per day and scale up smoothly to several thousand tons, without loss of previous investment.
